Daytime meeting Daytime meeting
Don't be late We are likely to be recording some distance from the meeting place so it will not be a good idea to be late.
Behind locked gates We will be taking cars beyond locked gates so it may be awkward to leave before the end of the meeting
Some carrying of equipment required It is likely that equipment needs carrying at least a short distance

Evening meetings normally start around about an hour before dusk and can carry on into the early hours of the morning.  There are no charges for attending and all those who are interested in recording moths are welcome. If anyone is interested in coming along then it is usually a good idea to contact me so we know to expect you, there are odd times when the programme is changed at short notice. It is normally possible to leave at any time during the meeting but for occasional meetings we will be driving some way into a locked site. If this is likely to cause a problem then it would be wise to contact me beforehand to check.

The grid reference listed is that of the meeting place and not necessarily where we shall be recording so it pays to be prompt or at least let us know if you are going to be late.
